Initially I never saw myself working this industry due to my brother (a trained cook) and the insights he gave me. Five years later I now stand behind the bar and cater to guests and cannot imagine doing anything else in the near future. It all began with me needing a job - fast - so I started out washing dishes. During my training in hotel management my love for the bar was ignited.
At my next job at Spezlwirtschaft I was able to live it, thanks to the trust that was placed in me there. Lastly, I was able to extend by knowledge and skills noticeably at the Juliet Rose Bar.
What do you like best about Ory:
The next reasonable step was to go to Ory. There I have the chance to acquire many new exciting skills and to prove myself together with a great team. What I like most about the Bar is the evening atmosphere. The mood between guest and host is incredibly comfortable. Be it at the stone counter or on one of our cozy couches - it is like a living room where your best friend puts a drink in your hand.
Your favorite drink:
My favorite Drink is a rather unusual choice - Red wine Tonic! Whereas the story behind it and the evening where this combination was discovered, is probably the true reason for my fondness of this drink.
